Withdrawal rule #1: you have to been active for a month to be able to withdraw your token, if case you uninstall swash, didn’t use your browser or turn it of for a while your account will be deactivated and withdrawal counter reset to 0.
You can check the day you detected as inactive and when you become active again in the extension > history > management.
